Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until no lumps remain. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk the melted and cooled butter with the sugar until glossy and thick. Add eggs one at a time, whisking until fully incorporated. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture using a spatula. Stop mixing as soon as no streaks of flour remain; the batter should be thick and fudgy.
  5. Transfer half the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  6. Dollop the tahini in spoonfuls over the batter.
  7. Drop the remaining brownie batter on top and gently swirl the tahini into the batter with a butter knife or skewer to create a marbled effect.
