A quick and easy whipped feta dip combining tangy feta, creamy cheese, sweet honey, and savory everything bagel seasoning for a delicious and addictive snack.

  • 8 ounces (225 grams) feta cheese, crumbled
  • 4 ounces (115 grams) cream cheese, softened (or 1/2 cup Greek yogurt for lighter dip)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons (15–30 grams) everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) fresh lemon juice
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Optional garnishes: fresh herbs (dill or chives), extra honey drizzle, thinly sliced radishes

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by leaving it at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. Place crumbled feta and softened cream cheese into a food processor bowl. Pulse a few times to start breaking down the cheese.
  3. Add lemon juice and olive oil to the mixture.
  4. Process on high for 1-2 minutes, stopping to scrape down the sides with a spatula until smooth and fluffy. Add a teaspoon of water or more olive oil if too thick.
  5. Add honey and pulse a few times to combine without overblending.
  6. Fold in everything bagel seasoning by hand.
  7. Add freshly ground black pepper to taste and adjust lemon juice or honey if needed.
  8. Transfer dip to a serving bowl and garnish with extra olive oil, honey, everything bagel seasoning, or fresh herbs.
  9. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to meld flavors.

Notes

Use block-style feta for best texture. Soften cream cheese well for smooth whipping. Pulse rather than overblend to avoid gluey texture. Rinse feta to reduce saltiness if desired. Can substitute cream cheese with Greek yogurt or dairy-free alternatives for vegan version. Chill dip for at least 30 minutes before serving. Store leftovers in airtight container in fridge up to 5 days or freeze up to 2 months.
