A vibrant green, spooky cocktail perfect for Halloween parties or cozy nights in, featuring lime sherbet, lemon-lime soda, and pineapple juice with optional dry ice for a magical fog effect.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 45 scoops lime sherbet
  • 4 cups lemon-lime soda
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • Gummy worms (for garnish)
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • Dry ice (optional)
  • Vodka (optional, for adult version)

Instructions

  1. Place lime sherbet in the bottom of a large punch bowl (4-5 generous scoops).
  2. Pour in 4 cups (1 liter) of lemon-lime soda and 2 cups (500 ml) of pineapple juice. Stir gently with a whisk until the sherbet starts to dissolve.
  3. Add a few drops of green food coloring if desired and stir until evenly blended.
  4. Garnish with gummy worms, candy eyeballs, or plastic spiders for a spooky touch.
  5. If using dry ice, break it into small pieces using gloves or tongs and add it to the punch bowl for a foggy effect. Ensure no one consumes the dry ice directly.
  6. Ladle the cocktail into clear glasses and serve.

Notes

[‘Handle dry ice with gloves or tongs to avoid frostbite and ensure it is not ingested.’, ‘Chill soda and juice beforehand to keep the drink cold.’, ‘Let sherbet sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes if too frozen to scoop.’, ‘Adjust sweetness by using diet soda or adding club soda.’, ‘Combine soda and juice ahead of time, and add sherbet and garnishes right before serving.’]
