  • 1 cup clear soda (e.g., Sprite or club soda)
  • 2 tablespoons half-and-half (or coconut milk/almond milk for dairy-free option)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the lavender syrup: Combine 1 cup of water, 1 cup of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of dried culinary lavender in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes. Strain out the lavender and let the syrup cool completely.
  2. Juice the lemon: Cut the lemon in half and use a juicer to extract the juice. You’ll need about 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice.
  3. Fill your glass: Add a generous amount of ice to your glass.
  4. Add lavender syrup: Pour 1-2 tablespoons of lavender syrup over the ice. Adjust the amount based on your sweetness preference.
  5. Pour in lemon juice: Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice to your glass.
  6. Add the soda: Slowly pour in your soda or sparkling water until the glass is about three-quarters full.
  7. Top with half-and-half: Carefully pour 2 tablespoons of half-and-half over the soda.
