Perfect Blueberry Snow Martini

Blueberry Snow Martini - featured image

A frosty and creamy cocktail bursting with vibrant blueberry hues and a smooth vanilla vodka finish, perfect for cozy winter nights or festive gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1.5 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz Cointreau
  • 2 oz heavy cream
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 12 teaspoons sugar (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
  • Powdered sugar (optional, for rim)

Instructions

  1. Rinse the blueberries under cold water and pat them dry. Reserve a few for garnishing later.
  2. In a blender, combine 1 cup of fresh blueberries, 1.5 oz (45 ml) vanilla vodka, 1 oz (30 ml) Cointreau, 2 oz (60 ml) heavy cream, and 1 cup of ice cubes. Add 1–2 teaspoons of sugar if desired. Blend until smooth and frothy.
  3. Using a fine-mesh strainer, pour the blended mixture into a clean bowl or directly into your cocktail shaker. This step ensures your martini is silky-smooth without bits of blueberry pulp.
  4. If you’re feeling extra fancy, dip the rim of your martini glasses in a small dish of water or lemon juice, then coat with powdered sugar for a snowy effect.
  5. Pour the strained mixture into the prepared martini glasses. Top with a few fresh blueberries and a sprig of mint for garnish.
  6. Serve immediately and sip away while enjoying your cozy winter evening.

[‘Chill your martini glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes before serving.’, ‘Use ripe blueberries for the best flavor and color.’, ‘Taste as you go to adjust sweetness.’, ‘Strain the mixture for a velvety texture.’, ‘Experiment with garnishes like lemon twists or nutmeg.’]
