  • Everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Grate the parmesan cheese finely if using a block.
  3. Scoop about 1 tablespoon (15g) of grated parmesan onto the parchment paper and flatten it gently into a thin circle. Repeat until the baking sheet is full, leaving space between each circle.
  4. Sprinkle a pinch of everything bagel seasoning over each parmesan circle.
  5. Bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the crisps turn golden brown. Watch closely to avoid burning.
  6. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the crisps cool completely on the parchment paper. They will harden as they cool.
