  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
  • 3 green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
  3. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese, shredded Monterey Jack cheese, and sweet corn kernels.
  4. Add diced jalapeños, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly to combine.
