A sparkling, ruby-red punch bursting with refreshing flavors of cranberries and oranges, topped with bubbly Prosecco. Perfect for holiday parties and celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle chilled Prosecco (dry variety)
  • 2 cups orange juice (freshly squeezed if possible)
  • 2 cups cranberry juice (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup Grand Marnier or Triple Sec
  • Handful of fresh cranberries (for garnish)
  • Thinly sliced orange slices (for garnish)
  • Fresh rosemary sprigs (optional, for garnish)
  • Ice (enough to fill punch bowl or pitcher)

Instructions

  1. Prepare garnishes by thinly slicing oranges, washing fresh cranberries and rosemary sprigs, and freezing decorative ice cubes with cranberries or orange slices if desired.
  2. In a punch bowl or large pitcher, pour in orange juice, cranberry juice, and Grand Marnier. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Slowly add the Prosecco to the mix, pouring gradually to preserve the bubbles.
  4. Add garnishes to the punch bowl, floating orange slices and cranberries on top. Tuck rosemary sprigs among the fruit slices for aroma.
  5. Fill the punch bowl with ice to keep the drink chilled. Add decorative ice cubes just before serving.
  6. Taste the punch and adjust flavors as needed. Add simple syrup or honey for sweetness, or a squeeze of lemon juice for tartness.
  7. Serve immediately in glasses, garnished with a sprig of rosemary and a few cranberries for a festive look.
