A quick and easy indoor s’mores dip made with melted chocolate and toasted marshmallows in a skillet, perfect for family treats and cozy moments.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (175 g) semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups (about 100 g) mini marshmallows
  • 1 sleeve graham crackers, broken into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons (28 g) unsalted butter, softened
  • Optional pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Butter the skillet: Spread 2 tablespoons (28 g) of softened unsalted butter evenly on the bottom and sides of the 8-inch skillet.
  3. Pour in the chocolate chips: Add 1 cup (175 g) of semisweet chocolate chips to the buttered skillet, spreading them out evenly to create a smooth base layer.
  4. Top with mini marshmallows: Evenly scatter 2 cups (about 100 g) of mini marshmallows over the chocolate layer.
  5. Optional sprinkle of sea salt: Lightly dust a pinch of sea salt on top of the marshmallows.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until marshmallows are puffed and golden brown and chocolate is melted and gooey.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly for 2-3 minutes.
  8. Serve warm with broken graham cracker pieces for dipping.

Notes

Use fresh mini marshmallows for best puffing and toasting. Watch the oven closely to prevent marshmallows from burning; tent with foil if browning too fast. If dip cools and thickens, reheat briefly in oven or microwave to restore gooey texture. Can be customized with nuts, cinnamon, or dairy-free ingredients for allergies.
