A warm, cheesy, and creamy spinach artichoke dip that’s perfect for parties, potlucks, or cozy nights in. It’s a crowd-pleaser with a perfect balance of flavors and textures.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Thaw the frozen spinach completely, then place it in a colander and squeeze out as much water as possible. Chop the artichoke hearts into small pieces.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  3. Mix in the minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Adjust to taste.
  4. Fold in the drained spinach and chopped artichokes, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
  5. Add half of the grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella to the mixture. Stir well to combine.
  6. Spread the mixture evenly into a prepared baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan and mozzarella evenly over the top of the dip.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  9. Let the dip cool for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Make sure to squeeze out excess water from the spinach to avoid a watery dip. You can prepare the dip a day ahead and bake it before serving. For a lighter option, substitute mayonnaise with Greek yogurt.
