A refreshing and creamy iced latte made with oat milk, honey, and vanilla. Perfect for a hot summer morning or an indulgent pick-me-up.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup (240 ml) unsweetened oat milk
  • 1 cup (240 ml) freshly brewed coffee or 2 shots (60 ml) espresso
  • 12 tablespoons (1530 ml) honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional whipped cream (dairy-free if needed)

Instructions

  1. Brew your coffee: Start by brewing 1 cup (240 ml) of your favorite coffee or 2 shots (60 ml) of espresso. Let it cool slightly.
  2. Add honey and vanilla: In a mixing glass or pitcher, pour your brewed coffee and stir in 1-2 tablespoons (15-30 ml) of honey and 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of vanilla extract. Adjust sweetness to your liking.
  3. Prepare the oat milk: Use a milk frother or whisk to lightly froth 1 cup (240 ml) of oat milk for extra creaminess. This step is optional.
  4. Assemble the latte: Fill your serving glass with ice cubes. Pour the sweetened coffee over the ice, leaving enough room for the oat milk.
  5. Add oat milk: Slowly pour the oat milk over the coffee and watch the layers swirl together.
  6. Optional topping: Add a dollop of whipped cream and drizzle extra honey on top for a decadent finish.
  7. Serve and enjoy: Stir to mix the flavors and enjoy your creamy, honey-sweetened iced latte!
