  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, and corn)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  5. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish lightly with cooking spray or butter. Pour the chicken and vegetable mixture into the dish and spread evenly.

  7. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the filling is bubbling around the edges.
  9. Let the casserole cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
