Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly brewed coffee, cooled to room temperature or chilled
  • 1/3 cup Bailey’s Irish Cream
  • 1/2 cup milk (whole milk or dairy-free alternative)
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Chocolate shavings (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Brew your coffee and let it cool to room temperature. Chill in the fridge for about 15 minutes if needed.
  2. In a blender, combine 1 cup of coffee, 1/3 cup of Bailey’s Irish Cream, 1/2 cup of milk, and 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup.
  3. Add 2 cups of ice cubes to the blender.
  4. Blend on high for 30-60 seconds or until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency by adding more milk or ice cubes as needed.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more chocolate syrup if desired.
  6. Pour the frappuccino into two tall glasses. Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
  7. Serve immediately with a straw or spoon and enjoy!
